BB.. You don't really need to halt unless you are adding to this signing. Both parties have already announced that they are proceeding. The news will be that they have done so. Don't get me wrong it is still of great importance. Just my thoughts on this..

BB.. Further to the halt. The ones that I have been a shareholder of the halt is very brief. The one that I owned shares in were halted say at opening bell and a resume trading was on by say around 11 am. Even in those very brief halts you get a lot of attention. MY hope if you ask is do I want a halt, darn right. You all have worked darn hard for this. It's nice to stand back and say hey look

Lanagold I believe it was Feb 28th for Temas to complete DD and both companies "contemplate" a definitive binding agreement by April 15th (correct me is this is wrong)... In your humble opinion, given you alluded to this current delay past April 15th a while back, what is the latest acceptable timeline for the announcement with it being labelled imminent?

Don't know any details. Did COVID play a part have no idea. When we don't know the inner workings here how can we make any kind of assumptions. So we continue to wait, not much else we can do..
