What have got in your back pocket to help us get through the next little bit?  What is your realistic guess on timelines?  Have you heard of an update on the Elaborate?

iamlickzy, On my front, I am hearing nothing negative. Lawyers on both sides are working through their processes. In my 15 years of experiences with lawyers in the Environmental field - Forestry Sector, Wildfire Cost Recovery - Litigation, they need their time to get through their tasks. Don't worry about or listen to Cal - he's just fulfilling his own needs.  For whatever the reason, it's evident he's looking to take advantage of a stock price reduction (why else would you bash your investment?).  Again, providing zero value to this board.

We've known Cal for many years, he's a nothingburger who brings zero value to this board. He seems like a bitter little man who doesn't seem to have the money to take advantage of the low stock price to average down. Just a loser IMO.

Whatever other issues you wish to criticise about Cal or anyone else, whether valid or not, you can't blame a person for not having the financial wherewithall to average down no matter how low the stock drops.  I am sure that most of us wish we were in a better place financially but those who are financialy secure should appreciate what they have rather than belittle those who don't

HI Jasper, You should read the history of his posts before you get in my grill about him. He has never had a good word to say about EV since I've been on this board, and that's many years. I rarely respond to him because he has no credibility. But once in a while he needs a shot across the bow. Have a nice day.

Sasky,  I have been a shareholder in Erin since 2000 including a number of PP's.  I have followed this board on a regular basis.  I know who is who here.  No need to try to set me straight thanks.  I simply said ithat criticising a person by whether or not they have the financial ability to average down is not an acceptable way to measure a person's character.
