Actually getting the documents finished to be approved by the Serbian government is the problem here .  The long awaited PEA/Elaborate cannot be approved until it actually gets submitted. Serbian mining authorities cannot be blamed for EV s inability to get the documents to them.Whoever or whatever EV and Temas want to blame for the constant delays is of no consequence, but Serbian mining officials are not to blame . They cannot issue a certificate of reserves on a document they have yet to receive. Put the blame where it belongs.

I'm certain Lanny has someone he can point a finger at that isn't EV, or smoke and mirrors.  Maybe he will blame the JV?  Hasn't thrown that term out in a while. Anyway, time will tell but I will bet my paycheque it's not his pals who keep him employed that he places the blame on.

the pea is one thing..............the elaborate is a very important part of the mine licence application.....it is foundational to the application and MUST be done properly.....if this gets done right the balance of the application should flow......Tims estimated time was elaborate filed 2nd Q and approved 3rd or 4th Q  the pfs (part 2 of mine app) aproximately 6 months later..........after

Great post TMP. Just copy and post that same message over and over every day. That's better advertising than all the silly Bullboard mailings and whatnot.  And when you can say, NPV per share of $XYZ, all the better.  Hard to wait but oh well.
