Man, I just reread the nice summary VeryBusy summarized for us this summer and there is a boatload to do in Step 2. Considering Tim's inability to hit complete anything in good time, we gotta get moving in this. I'd like to think the gang is working way ahead in that stuff, but I'm just not feeling a positive vibe in that regard. Sure, the ongoing water testing and stuff like that, but the the bulk of it. We are going to have to put it in bight gear one day soon.
I guess that's what happens when you dawdle along on everything you do.  Perhaps this is a Michael Dehn complaint, but shouldn't our leaders be looking after us.
Time to get cracking.

4 updates at AIML to 1 at EV in the past 7 weeks.  Where do you think the priority is?!? It's the end of November already.  They've missed so many timelines I'm just not surprised but supremely irritated at this point.

Frustrating isn't the word I would use . Lack of hitting the timelines is the problem .Salesmen will tell you anything to sell their  product . 30 years and still waiting for 1 timeline to be met

Remember the early Q1 milestone?  Oupss! that was 1 year ago. 1 year late but hey they did save a lot of time with their "in-depth" resource estimate, didn't they? Only 9 months left or so before Serbia pulls the rug under our feet. Should make for an interesting AGM.....

Maybe that's their intention .Seems to slow to be any other choice  as to many excuses .You would think with such  a valuable resource it would be fast tracked thru . This is why I'm not so sure it's ever going to happen.  Drag it out make them go under and scoop the resource for themselves . Prove me wrong on my assumption  T &B. We need an update on the
