I too like your sentiments BB. One more good point is that whatever the share price for the buyout is , it will not be cut in half due to the Temas deal. Although I am concerned with such a “good project “ that Temas backed out of but there could be behind the scene business aspects of Temas we are not being told. Going forward with this into 2023 the future still looks good for EV and it’s long suffering fans (shareholders) maybe this will be our year !!!. Happy New Year to all.

Agree.  Not having to divide the pie is in our favour if we can get everything in motion and on time.  Can't wait for approvals to come through.  Do we know if the Elaborate has been submitted or just created?

I believe they were in a good position to make this happen in the begining ,however as we all know the economy took a sour turn and they, being a financer got cought up in the squeze.
