Just a few comments-

Osmose Ltd. is a global power grid amd power pole maintenance Company who has been in business for 85 years, obviously a proven track record with cashflow.

IMO, Osmose Ltd. is a heavy hitter and not a tire kicking Company.
Checkout their website at  https://www.osmose.com/, particular the 2.5min video that summarizes their Company.

Last item, I see it was MMG Capital who referred Erin Ventures to Osmose Limited and I thank MMG Capital for their efforts.

You will recall it was MMG Capital that completed the objective evaluation on our revised PEA released back in June/22. Flash back- MMG Capital advised EV shareholders Piskanja was assessed to be valued at $0.79/share for each partner(Erin/Temas) from their financial assessment.

I expect Osmose Limited to deliver the $35.55M(Cdn) at todays conversion rates & advance the Piskanja into production.

osmose will own 20% of ev (rounded  off) and 45 % of Balkan Guld once it has advanced all monies.... no more PP with 3.5 million plus 500k just raised in the bank............the 10 cent price on financing should bring EV to 10 cents  or beyond this week...........I figure Osmose also brings a crowd of NEW buyers to the table......... jus sayin.........

The total dollar figure that Erin Ventures will receive once this package is delivered fully is $46.4 million Canadian! Tim mentioned in our last update that there are many things being worked on at the same time so this is going to be one of many great news releases in the coming months.

This is great news and should finance Erin for the forseeable future without any more 5 cent PP's.  Erin will issue 35.5 million shares at 10 cents ($3.55M) to Osmose with another 35.5 million warrants exerciseable at 22 cents ($7.81M) for 2 years.  This will cap at 19.9% ownership of Erin Ventures. So with Temas, we gave up 50% of the property for $10 million Euros. With Osmose

Not quite BB, you've identified Osmose Utilities Services Inc. Osmose Ltd. is a small 2-person (husrband and wife) company with llimited financial means. However, the husband sits a more than 20 BODs - many of them as a merchant banker - So he seems to know where the money is.

easy are the two companies related....  if he is on 20 BOD that means spreading word at high levels I can only assume..........gapped up today but I assume real volume will come through the week..........I would think Diamond Fists is appropriate because where else do the shares come from

No temp, THere are 2 disctinct companies. The utility one is based in tue US while Osmose Let. is based in the UK. Sorry  got called away....... the ONLY thing holding down price are the 3 existing shareholders .... many are waiting to get whole or close to it to bail....  some are getting $$$ back  for PP that they have participated in.....  we will need to turn this float  to turn over  few times before value is unlocked.......AIMHO...PS   GTLA

ONLY people that can sell are existing shareholders   ...AND short sellers........ EV does have short selling from time to time but I suspect it is professionals that are participating in PP then shorting on market when price goes up to make a nickel or two ... they are safeguarded by the shares that they had bought on the PP...... .of course the rant re short sellers is pure

tomorow will be a very interesting day.........traders who see the new highs and bigger than normal volume and the gap may decide to participate .......... they can shhot price up  along with volume Very quickly if they decide this is the play of the week

Gordo those offers will be pulled as price advances.............EV will have 4 million $$$ in bank and 22 million Euros dedicated to mine build.....I dont know what expertise they bring ......I dont know what friends they bring......  I dont know what kind of timeline they bring .....BUT .I do know that they have offered 3.5 million for 19.9 % of EV at 10 cents a share... that is a vote of
