I do know brokers use a signal to communicate to each other and this may be what is happening here. IMO, we are getting closer to crunch time now on several fronts particular with the partnership announcement. . What we do know, the PP cannot be announced until the "Partnership Agreement" takes place, as per what the LOI stated. (bb-99)

yes and Osmose will be checking out the resource materials and government ssubmissions VERY cafefully BEFORE dumping 3.5 mill $  on the table.........BUT they are also under pressure to close as there are others in background according to news release......those others may not just be waiting to see outcome but checking their own resources  and getting ready to put in a competing offer..
