Shown time and again that most are willing to expand more efforts in order NOT to lose $ than to make some. Hope this applies to TD as he has put $300K of his own money in BONE some years ago (4-5 years ago?).

Come on TD expand some efforts and get the momentum going cause you ain't got nothing to show since painting that rosy outlook at the AGM. Isn't there a sliver of progress somewhere that you could release ? At least tell us that the Osmose deal is dead......

No point in complaining.  Tim will never change.  Come the end of September (the only deadline that really matters) we'll either be in the best shape the company has ever been in or we'll lose it all. It's really that simple! What would an update from Tim provide?  More excuses?  More timelines that are absolutely meaningless? IMO, the next update we get will be

Remember that TD origianlly told us that someone from the government's review team was looking over EV's shoulder during the development of the elaborate document and that it would be just a matter of rubber stamping once it was submitted. You have to keep in mind that the delay in submitting the elaborate was going to save a ton of time in the development of the FS !?!? Milestone, what milestone? We'll just have to wait and see what happens but i'd take your "12-week delay" offer today, no problem.
