From a PP holder perspective, it's like been asked to buy shares at the current SP or so (~$0.05) and getting a one-year-exercisable $0.10 warrant. You have to ask yourself why this would be offered at this time: (1) Why not wait until the elaborate is approved?         Isn't this imminent?         Doesn't mgmt. have any confidence that the SP

Even the most faithful of the faithful will be gulping these days. 25 years or so boiled down to a month and a half(barring extensions), and only stale old positive messaging.
