The TSX did not approve the re-pricing of the $0.10 warrants to $0.05 but approved re-pricing to $0.06. I alerted Blake to the two different dates in the news release. Hopefully a correction will be released for clarity. VB

Did anyone proofreadthis? The early exercise period will commence on Aug. 31, 2023, at 9 a.m. (Vancouver time) and will expire on Sept. 14, 2023, at 5 p.m. (Vancouver time).  To exercise eligible warrants during the early exercise period, until Aug. 29, 2023, at 5 p.m. So, which is it?

Really wow I would not buy any more .I've seen this exa t same stuff since 1992. Same old delays excuses etc . I've stoped buying any more .Positive but cautious till someone gets a set and tells them sign off .

With this present management team we see a .055 share price , so much uncertainty that even with this resource potential even retail buyers are gun  shy to invest , You would think that a CEO looking after his shareholders interests would make a brief announcement reassuring his investment team ( shareholders ) what is actually happening with this company. There are two errors in the news release that I found and forwarded to Blake. The expiry date of the tranche 1 warrants will be subject to an accelerated expiry upon 30 days notice if the shares of the corporation trade on the TSX Venture Exchange at or above 7.5 cents, for a period of 10 consecutive trading days. I suspect that this should read tranche 2. The 2nd error is the one that
