Myrty, Last year our Serbian Director at Balkan Gold "Biljana Rankic" presented at this conference in the category of "Women in Mining: Key Challenges and Sucess Stories & and at the conclusion of this  meeting was awarded the "Miner of the Year Award". Fast forward to this years presentation on Nov 7- 8th, wouldn't it be a pleasant surprise at the

I was thinking more like we get the Certificate next week, we submit Part 2 documents before the deadline, and we get our Mining Licence in time for the conference. By I am maybe a dreamer!

I thought about that scenario as well , but that only gives Serbia 5 weeks to review and approve Part2. The Ministry has 3 months for the Part 2 review process if they want to drag it out. TD did state in the AGM cc, "everything would be completed by the end of the year". Lets do the math now, Sept 25 to Dec 25 would be 3 months and one he** of a Merry Christmas, but it's highly

I'm cool with that. My only concern is getting the obliged  work back into the Ministry's hands. If they don't give us the Certificate of Reserves before the 25th, I wonder what we do?  Hand in the FS and other documents without it. Say  something like "here, we've given you everything asked of us on time. We've looked after our end of the bargain"

Kinda nuts cause we're getting close to the point that any clarification requests from the review committee will result in BONE blowing the deadline. Somebody, somewhere is not doing his job !  We've been told over and over again that BONE is the first company to go through the certification\approval hoops but didn't Tim, during that last CC, stated that the review committee had

Doesn't make much sense given that t would contrevene the Serbian Mining Law. Nothing inspires confidence in a country more than failing to comply with its own laws ! BONE has to submit its Part 2 documents at the latest on September 25, 2023 and that includes the approved resource certificate.  They'll be sailing in uncharted waters if they do not......
