Warrant humour

It would be funny if they announce they raise X-hundred thousand dollars in the Wareant redemption offering, and then announced 3 days later, sorry, we won't be getting the a Certificate of Reserves or handing in the FS and other docs.
Now of course that's a pretty cynical attitude, and half of my Boron One brain says, that could happen. But realistically, could you imagine raising the money and then just falling flat in the days after?  My goodness, the bosses would have to hire security!  So to me, they must feel like things are still progressing along in a positive manner. What kind of a person would raise funds and turn around and stick it to the blind (to activities) investors??  We shall soon see.

Have a good weekend friends.

Maldoff did it but he ended up dying in jail. I don't think it's illegal to raise money by promissing big returns on a dead horse. It's all a matter of trust.  Misplaced or not we shall soon know.

What kind of a person would raise funds and turn around and stick it to the blind (to activities) investors??  Hilarious; you even need to ask that question?  The answer: Tim "I have zero accountability or loyalty to my share holders because I'm already bleeding a smart watch company dry" Daniels.
