Which is six more business days, due date Sept 25/23 @ 16;30 hrs Serbian time.

"Ready for submission" doesn't imply that the document can be submitted, it only means that it is going to be completed by a given date.  "Will be submitted" by a given date is what BB is inferring (Which we have not been informed of).  The feasability study by itself is useless.  The approved Certificate of Reserves must be submitted concurrently with it
