From the 2023 MD&A: "Under Serbian law, Boron has up to 3 years in which to complete these first 2 steps in the mine license approval process, once its current exploration license expires in September of 2020." That has come to pass, today 10:30 EST. The exploration license has expires + the deadline to submit the FS has lapsed.  Time to get off the pot BONE

How can there not be a news release when it is known if we a) submitted the feasibility study or b) missed the deadline? This is unbelievable.
