First Closing of Financing?

Are they planning to do multiple rounds for this PP?  Worried about investors backing out (or some restriction I'm unaware of on average price) and closed the first round before that happened?

I think they were just looking to raise $550K, wasn't it?  Maybe they had a few slow pokes sitting on the fence. I think it bodes well that they decided to lock in the $450. It could be a bit awkward if news came and the share price goes to some big number and they haven't closed the PP.  Oh, here's your free money guys. Now if word gets out, they can tell the slow pokes

No I'm quite grounded, thank you.  And very detail-oriented.  If you don't know, ask.   But that seems to be a confusing strategy for you - which likely groups you into the same bucket as everyone who provides an undue positive spin on things to detract from reality.  I hope you're at least getting paid to bash those who ask the hard questions.

Heya Gordo.  As a long term investor, do you know if they are planning multiple rounds or financing? Or should we be less to believe Osmose/another partner is still the path ahead?  Appreciate your thoughts. thanks for weighing in.
