While we may not be fully confident in advertising, it's been 3 weeks since the annex submission.  Approval of the CoR is a massive step forward.  Fingers crossed this comes soon - they need to build confidence with current and future investors.  Money is in the bank to keep the lights on (I hope with all the PPs over the past 2 years anyway), and I'm assuming their funding partner is eager to see the CoR approval to allow funds to start flowing.  As always, the timelines here suck... but all relies on the Serbs at this point.  They should be checking in... time for an update, Tim.

DYOD, I completely agree with your statement in that it needs to be done "Soon", like by the end of this month. Three weeks is plenty of time to review the "Annex" if the committee is actually engaged in the review process? As L&L recently stated, the independant, review committee are back in the saddle working on "Elaborates" in Nov, so this would be an

Hear, Hear ! If not in November, next regular meeting is in March ! The commission has regular meetings quarterly, that is, 4 (four) times a year, and as a rule, in March, June, September and November. In addition to regular sessions, the Commission can also organize extraordinary sessions if necessary.
