To answer that question ,,, Serbia applied for EU membership in 2009, making the list for enlargement in 2012. To enter the EU ( and all the economic benefits of it ) you must prove a democratic govement that adheres to rules of law , it's freedoms and business rules of law. ( Copenhagen criteria) . Without a legal standpoint to act on there is no way Serbia is going to "yank the rug" out from under any company mining or otherwise , working to expand into Serbia. As long as BONE stays within all legal parameters outlined in the as of today not yet approved Elaborate and performs proper  practices regarding environmental risks ( something Rio Tinto didn't) it would be political and economic suicide to just  back a legally obtained mine. Just my take in the situation ..  GLTA

I agree with you Shamrock. Perhaps it's just an incredibly slow moving process and they don't give a hoot if it costs businesses money and whatnot. Of course that too can bite them in the long run. What else can we do but wait. There is t enough volume to sell, the share price would collapse beneath someone trying to dump a million or two shares. Of course everything is done on our end ...more
