BB I agree ........except condition 4 ,,, which is planning the mine with the Serb govt.....I would expect a buyout by a Major to bein advance of this step as I would Think the Major will want to be at the table for the mine development p[an also any large offtake agreements can help secure funding as well as attract institutional /industrial investors

Very well put BB.   Pobrdje is a game changer - we quickly become an actual miner and start making money. SP can't help but go up. Issuance of mining license is another big one IMO.  The property is officially yours for the exploiting and (according to my reading) the most risk involved part of the process as so many folks fail long before that.
