Mine Design

Has BONE started on the mine design or are they waiting to have Part 2 documents approval in hand and/or are they waiting on financing from Osmose before starting ?

Does anyone here know?

I do not know but suspect that mine design has not begun as this would be a project that would require funding and a mining partner? I certainly believe it is a box that gets checked sooner than later. Could be the award and development of the small mine happens first? As a pilot project, it may provide tactile content to mine design?

L&L, To my knowledge Boron One has not started on mine design as of yet, why would they when we haven't received the CoR to submit Part 2, but it is their intention as per a recent News Release.  Once Boron One receives the CoR they will submit Part 2 with payment whether Osmose is committed or not to our project. As per the LOI Osmose was suppose to pay for Part2 submission, but

Well it doesn't look like an option (or consideration), at this point, to decline a "secured finance partner". As stated in the town hall and on our website a financing partner has been secured. Several years ago Resevoir Minerals did a deal with Nevsun where RM had the asset and partnered with Nevsun. I believe RM only retained about 15% in the deal and the stock went up to over

I'm weary of hearing "imminently"... I think we'd be very lucky to get anywhere near $1.00 if Osmose is in AND we get bought out before 2026. Let's hope the market starts finding Boron sexy imminently.

We are going to give Osmose 10% of BONE for .12/share at this point??  That's is lunacy. Tell them to buy them on the open market. You couldn't keep the price at .12 if you bought half a million shares. They also just had a chance to buy into PP's galore. Why not buy them?? Too risky I guess.
