2 months to mining license?
Hey Folks,
I've seen some mention that we are 2 months away from getting the mining license. What is the rationle for that? I didn't hear Tim say anythig specific about timelines on the most recent CC.
So I was just wondering where people have come up with this estimate. Thoughts? Data?
Thanks in advance,
Nobodysfuel

Allow me to amend; this is from LandL: First, they need to issue the CoR. Let's see how long it takes them to complete that formality. Hopefully before Xmas? Then next big step is the issuance of the exploitation field license. Serbian law states a 60-day process but most probably sometime in late Q1 2024 (if their past (in)actions are any indication).

I know I've said that but I can't find the reference in the Serbian Mining Law!?!? So, I don't know where I got that. Don't hold me to it !

It was in the town hall. Tim spoke to it. 60 days within submission - the process is different from the Elaborate.

Glad you found it ! It's in the PEA (but not in the mining law). Looks like another one of those "Iiomminently" to me...
