In my opinion, this is the most significant news that we have received in the last 10 or 15 years.  I have been waiting to see the Serbian support of this project and this news in my opinion provides the endorsement that I was looking for.  I think it would be very difficult now for the government to not approve the mining licence for this project.  It has been a long slow process, but I see the light at the end of the tunnel and I am now quite certain that it is not a train.

I believe the market will understand this soon and our share price will reflect the value inherent in this project

I'm really, really suprised that it took only 4-5 weeks (and over the Xmas holidays to boot) to issue Piskanja's CoR.  They could have drag this out for a year for all we know....The fact that is was in the hands of the miniing ministry for such a short time speaks loudly to the intent of the government's.  I think that the issuance of the exploitation field license is THE

Welcome back!  So if you're here, does that mean the Osmose deal has fallen flat and you'll need to be selling PPs so we can limp along until a buyout? What should we make of your sudden resurgence on the boards?

PPs instead of Osmose any day! If they really care about shareholders, they'd just wait until the license is awarded. Give the guy a few K$ to make it so.
