Warrant deal

Not sure what to make of this offer??  Are these Warrant buyers all the same people that have bought previous PP's over time after time?  I feel management know them by name and probably know what they can get out of them dollar wise and at this stage of the game. By they I mean Management of course.

If anything, they seem to be keeping the shares away from Osmose, unless Osmose bought into the most recent of the 2 PP's??  If Management only need a few hundred grand and they are confident they can get from the faithful, this is not a terrible approach. Take that Osmose. If you want in, we need a rejigged deal.
I am baffled by the time being gobbled up though. Are we talking 5 weeks?!  Incredible painful blow to the gut when we think the documents are going to be submitted any day. (At least I felt that way.). Management just can't do themselves any favours.  Now perhaps they are managing the situation wonderfully, and why wouldn't they be, the staff are literally mining professionals. It's all just too slow. Why wouldn't Tim have warned us this next step will take a little while. Something like, "some things can't be filed for until this is completed, so it will be a little while still..."
Anyway, they will dawdle along at their slow poke pace and ain't nothing we can do about it.  I guess if this PP is a flop, we will be asked to jump in on a PP.
Hopefully they can get commitments from the Warrant holders one way or another early and close this deal up ealrly.

Hang in there friends. Blue skys ahead!

9 cents for 5 weeks then we wait on the Ministry... This is going to be painfully slow ! Can't find financing anywhere but sure can drill the pockets of small investors.

Anyone ever consider the longer they play this out the longer they collect salaries before the big sale?  Keep the income flowing for years while they inch along toward the inevitable...  Why not position for a larger deposit while we line pockets for another few years?  Wait for the bonuses... that'll be of additional interest.  Not to mention wife salaries.   ...more

They have millions of shares.   Their salaries are a pittance of what they'll get plus they're no spring chickens.   I'm sure no one other than them and me perhaps want this to just be bought out already.   Mining license decision is close relatively speaking.  We get the whole basin and I say we hit my $3 per share prediction at least.  I have no math to back ...more

I think there are a few of us that have the "cheque is in the mail" conversations... for close to 15 years.  I'll take $3 or even half.

Or even half of an half. NPV ~$600M, ownersip of half of that, 200M shares = $1.50. There would have to be a seismic change for anything more than that but we can always hope.... 15 years! Man Oh Man ! how bad of an investment was the first $ we put in here !
Comment by init4dakash on Feb 09, 2024 10:10am
NPV is ultra conservative.  My guess includes the other 95% of the basin and I think I'm probably low if you take it into consideration.  13 years for me.  Hopefully we'll be done with it by 15.

Jarandol is close to worthless in BONE's hanes. Half of the exploration period is already gone. They wiould need $M to explore it in a timely fashion before the license expires. They've been looking for a third-party investor to pay for the exploration costs for 4 years. They can't find one and most propably won't find one in the short-term. In the best of cases, when would Bone ...more
