You're really sure this was in the best interest of the corporation ?
How about Part 2 submission Tim ? Wouldn't that have been in the best "best interest" of the corporation ?
You blew an opportunity to get out of the SP gutter.
You're going to look like a fool when you have to reprice this at 6 cents.
Part 2 submission and then your PP offering...so easy....
Are you working at AIML today ? or can you spend some time here unraveling this mess.
Why haven't you submitted Part 2 yet ? It's been a month ! You had 1 year to get ready for it !

This is the fourth or fifth attempt at a partnership agreement.  All failed.  The common denominator for the failures is TD. I sense that there is a feud between TD and Osmose.  We probably will never know who the culprit is that is preventing a partnership agreement between the parties.  I'm sure you know who I have my money on.
