what ever happened to the $15 Million Dollar Lawsuit

I have just joined STOCKHOUSE.

I have follow this company for over 20 years. I do not understant how this company is not able to get the interest in this boron property when there is such a great amount of boron in the ground.

Through out the years there has been lots of great news, stock price moves a bit only to go back down shortly after, this has been going on ever since I started tracking the company. To me it looks like there are some people that for what ever reason want to keep the stck price down. This is only a thought but what do I know?

I know years back when there was a lawsuit against the Serbian Goverment for not honouring the contract "Erin Ventures" had with the Serbian Goverment for the rights for the Paskanja Property for $15 Million Dollars. I had nown about this back then before getting the rights back to the property and from what I recall they where also awarded the $15 Million Dollar they were suing the Serbian Goverment for wrongfully taking the wright they had for the Piskanja property away and giving it to a third party.

Is there any one on this form able to answer these few querys I have talked about?

Hi Shockem, The lawsuit is not even mentionned in the MD&As anymore. Welcome to our reality where everything is always a bit (a lot) farther than it appear. A lot going on here but you never really know when/if it's going to happen. We've been expecting for the last month or so that BONE would submit the paperwork to get its exploitation license. No one knows what is the hold-up

I was quite sure once they got the property back. There was something posted on this form saying they did get the $15 million dollars but I'm not able to find anything right now confirming that does anybody know any different

They have never reported on the lawsuit except to state (in a MD&A) that they had hired a local lawyer. That was many years ago. They have never FOR SURE received any money from that lawsuit ($12M I think it was) and we never had an update.  Prider: The Serbs have no deadline to review the license application. Tim stated that it would take around 2 months.

Here's the last update we got on this lawsuit (Am I correct on that?). The year was 2009 ! Read the last sentence "Erin awaits further communication...". So were we !! The answer is needed I've never seen a press release on the outcome . If the 10 million was given then we as shareholders need to be given info on it.  Please relay to Mr T .If not what was the outcome as this was never ever in my 30 plus years been made public knowledge .Please correct me if I'm wrong but 10 million is 1 he know alot of money

It was nover reflected in financial statements. So, they never got any money. Why they never reported anything more about it is a mystery though.

By what you write if I understand correctly Erin Ventures will not be recieving any money from the lawsuit they had started would that be correct. Is it possible all they delays could have something to do with the Erin Ventuires lawsuit ?

I was give the full story of how prior to Rio Tinto doing the shady buissness with the Serbian Government  and scooped from under Erin Eventure nose. Erin Venture then were in the midle the the lawsuit to get the rights back for Piskanji property. The price was trading at $0.01 and I have been buying and waiting just like alot
