Question is lawsuit finished with and closed

By what you wrote (BB), if I understand correctly Erin Ventures will not be recieving any money from the lawsuit they had started, they just get the property back and no money, would that be correct? Is it possible all of these delays could have something to do with the Erin Ventuires lawsuit ?

The opted for a bag of magic beans instead. (a worthless gold property and Pobridge that they gave up and haven't received yet.). I think Tim didn't want to make anyone mad at us mostly.

Myrty1, Did you read the News on the VK gold property? To date 60,000 ozs of gold has been collected along the Pek River, nothing to turn your nose at, with todays gold prices at $2K-US/oz. Hit the motherlode and your a rich man, so get your goldpans out! https://boronone.com/serbia-grants-erin-exploration-license-for-gold-property/

But they just abandoned the project in 2012, getting $Nil in return: "Erin Ventures Inc. [TSXV: EV] reports that as the result of it being unable to secure a sufficient number of land access/usage leases with the private landowners in the Volujski Kljuc region in Serbia, Erin has chosen to allow this exploration license to lapse and has abandoned the Volujski Kljuc alluvial gold project. L&L, The way I  see it, when the VK gold property was returned to the Ministry as I stated yesterday, the 2nd property on our list was the Jarandol basin which we obtained and drilled.   Nobody knows what properties were on the list submitted, as it was confidential info between the Minister and our Mgmt team. As per TD's recent comments at the last townhall meeting ...more

While the lawsuit has been a nice departure from reality - we need some positive news.  The FS should have been submitted and the small mine would be a nice added touch for real income.  C'mon - patience is running out here.

Jarandol + Pobrdje for the $15M is such a strange deal... How much borate is left at Pobrdje ? Can't be $15M worth and then BONE would be responsible for the mine closure.  It would have been really good some years ago.... As for Jarandol, I'll believe it when I see it but regardless, it will be many years from now before serious drilling is done on that property.  It took BONE ...more

L&L,   What do you mean a strange deal? Explain yourself,,,, You said -"How much borate is left at Pobrdje ? Can't be $15M worth and then BONE would be responsible for the mine closure". My Reply - WRONG This statement says it all, you have no clue about the Pobrdge mine value or reclamation on mine closures. Just a suggestion, due some dd before you start spouting an ...more

$10 M U.S. way back when would have paid for all the drilling and all kind of advancements. It probably could have gotten us to a mining licence phase if properly utilized. I'm not sure their gov't had to money to cough up back then, and maybe the sour grapes would have had a terribly detrimental affect on things. Hard to say if it was the right call, but we are still standing.   ...more

As requested: 1). Money In: From SRK 2013 Report: State-owned Ibarski Rudnici (JP PEU Resavica) has a boron mineral exploitation licence (cadastral number 470) for the Pobrdje mineral deposit located 2.6 km northeast of the Erin licence and on the western bank of the Ibar river. Erin staff have reported that material was produced from this mineral deposit during 2011, but no official figures ...more

Yes, I did say it was a strange deal didn't I, BB? For Jarandol: Who else has ever had an interest in Jarandol? Seems to me if there was ever interest from someone, they would have shown their cards between 2018 and February 2020, when neither Erin nor KOP hold the exploration rghts to Jarandol (I could even add the tieline between February 2022 to today as I believe it's highly doubtful ...more

Lewt's put this discussion to rest also.... BB, you stated that I had not done any DD, had no clue re: the valuation of Porbrdje and had spouted incorrect values on it. You demanded that I explain myself and I did. You cried wolf and it's now time to support your statements. Alternatively, I would humbly accept your apology. So my turn to impose.  Explain yourself.

Makes sense to me as it's a card held by Tim .The 10 million to shareholders or the 2 items stated plus all applications submitted rubber stamped and approved .

HI SHOCKEM64, After the Court Arbitration was completed in 2009 our Mgmt team requested from the new Minister i/c to return Piskanja to Erin Ventures. As well, the new Minister had asked our Mgmt for a short list of mineral properties in Serbia that interested Erin Ventures ie.would be interested in obtaining. Our Mgmt team submitted to the new Minister a short list as requested.   On Nov 30 ...more

I'm sorry I frightened you with that statement, it was something I thought Calabrese would appreciate. How about, the mining license is imminent! Is that better than my first statement? LOL. (bb-99)
