Everything's fine.  Blake bought shares to ensure he remains employed and to signal the next reverse split.   Gotta feel real sorry for anyone who bought shares (in general and from Minepic) prior to August 2017. Like those 10 cent shares in 2015. You would need the SP to be 70 cents TODAY to just break even.  After the next 7 to 1, you'll need $4.90 a share to break

Yikes!  I was looking at some SPs from the early 2000s... I can't believe some people bought at 60 cents a share pre split. Horrifying!!!! That being said, John was probably telling his "valued customers" as their "trusted advisor" how great of a deal that price was. Sad!

You have to keep in mind that prior to EV getting their first exploration icense for Piskanja, the Serbs had already estimated its reserve to be 7.5M tonnes of borate.  EV KNEW BEFOREHAND that Piskanja was, in all probability, a winner.  It wasn't all tha nuts to value EV up a bit... But, decades later, all that EV managed to do was pto rove the reserve to the tune fo  ~1.4M
