Nobody is denying that he's got some skin here. He just can't execute a plan. Never could and, in all probability, never will. He knows what to do. He knows in what order to do it but he just never can do it in the timeframe that he, himself, sets. That's the main reason that no institutional has any money here IMO - Even this close to the finsih line, they just can't predict what

Well he just likes to give news, so he over promises and if things drag on, so be it.  He doesn't have to listen to shareholders complain.  That's Blake's job. Just keep kicking the can down the road and collecting a salary.  If it hits the jackpot, even better. The only solace is that the only work to do is performed by a third party, and I suppose a bit of admin
