price was 4 to 5 cents ....oct nov 2023 ........recently at 16 cents ....200% return which some on this board took advantage of.........we know there is news coming ....FS will be submitted  ...partners??....etc....current price is up 40 to  80 % from Nov........... we expect news will move the needle higher .......maybe this a time to buy and lower  average cost per share

Tmp, you're expecting positive news.  The more this drags on, the less likely that will happen.  No one has any idea why they haven't submitted the FS in almost 3 months and mgmt. sure as h@ll has no plan to update shareholders. Don't you think they would update us if it was only a minor holdback ?  It doesn't matter what the SP is when the news does come out. If it

Hey folks, I have been quietly watching the vigorous conversation of late. I must say I find it quite discouraging. There is obvious a major problem with Osmose, which had been there all along, with several assurances that the money was almost there, or something like that. That financing route is most likely dead. I hope the next partner is a boron heavy weight with the power to bring the whole

There's a problem with the financing partner, there's a problem with the licensing but hey they got Jarandol back and the renewed Piskanja exploration license "affords us an opportunity to attempt to expand the extent of the known mineral resource at Piskanja"......  That's what were being fed......

I will repeat this one more time .Management of a publicly traded security is obligated by section 1(1)  of the securities act  to make public any material change . that would have a significant effect on the price of the stock . Osmose backing out of the deal  would definitely fall into the category of material change . BORON ONE  be obligated to inform us ,by securities law

Were you here when Investco3 back out of its financing deal with EV? I think you were.... Tim had stated that he would inform shareholders as soon as he knew for sure if they were in or not. Well.....check EV's NRs and tell us when it was ever announced that this JV would not happen? Same thing with all the other financing partners that had LOI in place with EV (except Temus which had an

One last thing, I said that there's obviously a problem with the financing deal with Osmose. Just look at the timeline and all the missed milestones.  How about "Checking the bank account every day" statement - How many months ago?  Does this look like a deal that will imminently be consumated? Given the lack of transparency and the absence of communications, management is leaving it up to interested parties to interpret their ill-advised (in)actions. Doom and gloom it is.... How else can you interpret 3-months of silence at a crucial junction for the corporation.
