The directors of a Canadian Corporation must call an annual general meeting of shareholders (“AGM”) within 18 months after incorporation and thereafter within 15 months of the preceding AGM, but no later than 6 months after the end of the corporation's preceding financial year. So, sometime in August.....

Wonder what Tim could be telling these PP holders to buy-in into the last money pit ? Apart from "We need the money to keep the lights on (i.e. to pay my salary)", what "not known" /unannounced positive(s) could he be dangling ?
