Would love to get some answers out of Tim but wishful thinking.
Only questions from selected longs who have lost piles but still have faith.

The directors of a Canadian Corporation must call an annual general meeting of shareholders (“AGM”) within 18 months after incorporation and thereafter within 15 months of the preceding AGM, but no later than 6 months after the end of the corporation's preceding financial year. I dont understand why an AGM is even remotely important, nothing has ever came out if the 12 or so I have listened to over the years. The only thing important is the license, nothing else, The license gets us a financial partner, something that unless we secure a financial backer BONE won't be able to negotiate a decent buyout . The AGM is a look back at the past year.  At the very least, Tim will have to explain what happened with Osmose.  As for the rest, a real Gumby, willing to stretch reality into whatever the faithfulls are wanting to hear.  The PP is closing next week, let's see if he managed to convince enough of them to pay his salary for a little while. IMO, the reason we stand at 5 cents is

Hi Shamrock, thanks for the reply.  I agree with everything you stated, particularly the part about nothing coming out of them. Mostly hopeful for an update on financing where one might say "That's material and an NR would be required; won't here that at an AGM"... Except we previously had a financier who exited stage left and there never was an NR for it. Any share holder

Tom would always say, I can't speak to anything that isn't public knowledge, and still go on to talk about stuff that's never been brought up on this board. I'm not sure where this public place is where the stuff is being bantered around, but not to us.  Maybe just PP investors over the phone?? I think the relevance of the AGM ties to the vote. Everyone wants to get voted

Wonder what Tim could be telling these PP holders to buy-in into the last money pit ? Apart from "We need the money to keep the lights on (i.e. to pay my salary)", what "not known" /unannounced positive(s) could he be dangling ?
