The PP offering closed last Wednesday and he can't be bothered to release an NR on it?
It must have went really well.  600K shares changed hands last month - So, it was really new money that had to be used to fill the PP. 

We're way overdue for real news,
Come on, tell us how long (and how much) it will take to complete the Part 3 documents.
Whatever he'll say, double it !

Tim released debt financing news , some new investment partners , huge news release June 14.. oh sorry that was AI/ML. I guess expecting our CEO to spend all his time at what is now the most important phase of our 30 year project is too much to expect .

Tim is getting paid good money to work full-time on this project. Must be real difficult to hire consultants to prepare documents and re-apply for permits... His only real job is to get the financing for this project. It started with "secured financing" - from an mom-and-pop shop involved in art venue rental !! and before that it was from a company that had even less money than BONE

Let's see first what happened with that PP offering. There's a maximum of about 20-30 faithfuls that participated in those 2 PPs. So Tim is looking for at least $20K a head to fill his latest. All new money...... That was a dumb plan, knowing what happened to the first one...... But hey, someone's got to pay his salary. Can't wait to hear about Plan B.

THe only type of financing that BONE has manage to secure is through PPs.  It's not JUST financing, it's the ONLY source of financing for BONE.  I've never seen them NOT report on the results of a PP very shortly after it closes. This is certainly out of the ordinary for BONE.  Seems they're still at the "pants" phase of the plan....
