Yes, very interesting and good news. From previous CCs, I seem to remember TD suggesting that ministry approval would be quite quick. I'm not sure what "quick" means anymore, though. I for one am of the belief that if he takes care of the business side of this the SP will take care of its self. Investment will follow. As least that is what I think..
