L&L  ....it has nothing to do with Piskanja.........that is the point..... .yes just going over old ground...Serbia wants to mine...encourage employment of mine workers......get taxes......even would allow RIO to mine ....but the good citizens of Serbia do not want a large open pit toxic mine......so headlines........we do not have this problem.......

The USA mine looks to be an open pit mine.... "The mine will have a 931-acre footprint across nearly 7,200 acres of mostly Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land." BONE is underground.   That is a good article sand enforces the view Born is valuable and in short supply.  They mention the USA is considering putting it on the critical minerals list.
