I get so angry with the pathetic pace this thing moves along at, that I forget the big picture. Not the big picture where we slog along at a glacial pace and everything is going to turn out ok, but at the macro picture of this mining segment.
How is it possible, how how how, can ETI Maten or Rio Tinto let this lucrative little project continue on and not grab hold of it before Borin One starts to cut into the juiciest part of their monopoly?? What is holding them back? 20 million is so to own half and take control of the thing. They could own half and get on the inside and guide it as they see fit. If they want to gobble it whole later, it would be easy pickings. How can one of the two giants think that it's acceptable that the other can have it? Boron One is so dang close to being able to produce and and be a pain in their side, and yet we are so vulnerable right now. Their are truly foolish to let this sit here in the wide open. And what about the Chinese?? They have so much cash sitting around that they will buy up almost anything. And the Chinese happen to own a jumbo Copper operation just down the road. And they need critical minerals more than anyone. Speaking of the Chinese and their gobbling up rare mineral assets, darn near every country in the world has Boron on their critical materials list. So none of these places want to cough up a few bucks to secure the critical material???
How, how, how is this not gobbled up?? You would think it's corporate malpractice for half a dozen big entities not having taken us out already. Imagine if you are Rio or someone with a little clout and knowledge of the industry. You could set up a big plant at the mine and process/refine the stuff to make all the specialty derivatives out the crazy high grade boron. It would be so easy for a company like that that has the market in place to sell. So easy.
And yet, even with all that, Tim can't get some kind of deal done. You would think you could put a monkey in the chair and the paper would just come to the desk for a signature. You would think Tim is repelling opportunities. It sure seems to me he isn't trying to hard to round them up, that's for sure. Well, I guess what's all I have to say. Back to my real world. Trying to figure out bizarro world is too painful. Get cracking Tim.
