listened to the call. Appears to be a long term hold. I laughed when one of the analysts brought up a possible dividend, said it is something to be considered later. Liked the part where he stated that the share price has left the miserable 30 cents per share almost hinting it was rediculous to be that low in the first place. This is the first quarter where fund flows from operations was enough to cover all costs. Wil continue to hold.

I thought the quarter was outstanding for a few reasons: 1. They beat where I thought they would in centre margins (gotta like those prices increases which don't affect occupancy) and AFFO (almost doubled the best prior qtr. 2.
