Hurry Up Already ...

Four and a half year's halted. Then they reinstate the shares for trading ... and then more waiting!!!!

 

What gives ... how hard is it to clean up a shell ... convert debt to equity. And then finance it?

 

Shareholders who have held this through the halt have suffered enough.
