Why does a company change auditor?
Check Sedar. BPL just went to KPMG. Why do companies change auditors? Perhaps a company interested in taking over BPL wants their people in there? Just in case BPL becomes a new division? Do some DD people.

This coming from someone that wanted us to believe him that this stock was going to 0.08 cents not more than 2 months ago . You haven't any credibility. Just a 2 cent flipper .

The answer to the question about a change of auditors is covered comprehensively in the "Notice of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders" recently mailed to shareholders (page 6 and 7).

Is that a serious question?

As the saying goes...Careful what you ask for cuz you just might get it. I'm not so sure that you want to see this company go private. I've been involved in that situation before. Granted, the company was eventually acquired at a 2000% gain but it took over 6 years for that to happen.
