BRC just closed a $2 M private placement; investment by First Majestic Silver

representing validation of the potential at the Tonopah West silver-gold project

The Non-Brokered Private Placement was conducted concurrently with a previously announced brokered private placement for total proceeds of $10 M which was also completed today.

BRC intends to use the net proceeds of both Private Placements for exploration of the BRC portfolio of gold and silver projects in Nevada as well as for general working capital purposes.

This additional funding will allow $BRC to scale up their exploration program . One to look out for.
