If you noticed, Arcadia Economics had a blip about it on YouTube but no interview.  My interpretation was that he can't talk right now.  Why?  Perhaps something is in-the-works. Soon. Perhaps.  Definitely unusual for no follow-up interviews and promotions.  Something is coming.
