two items from circular
TUS entered into restructuring procedures in late 2020 ot address capitalization and a number of internal strategic issues and Biorem approached them to repurchase the shares to break the logjam of their majority ownership. A motivated seller probably means the company got a fair , if not cheap , price.
Secondly and perhaps more importantly , this is mentioned twice in the circular, " Biorem's management believes this will result in the shares of Biorem being more attactive to potential acquisition targets" I read this as a foreshading of a future , but probably not immediate acquisition.
One last thought for you , the purchase of shares from TUS will not affect liquidity at all as the soon to be cancelled shares never traded day to day.

Thanks for your comments, KnowledgeSeekr8 and Possibleidiot1. I received my circular yesterday and voted my shares endorsing management's plan I like the story. GLTA Fergus2
