Interesting...

Been seeing several JV's lately with 80/20
Perhaps indicative to juniors struggling to find funding.

Thoughts ?
If they drill more / add more tonnage / it will benifit shareholders.
The obvious.

If they proceed to Pre Feasibility using current stats.... then, uh, hmmm.
And.... the aspect of other radiometric minerals.
Are there any other economic minerals in which would add more value
without compromising costs of, extraction ?

Too premature ?
Had BSK waited another year - added more beef to the resources...
Would it have given BSK more clout to barter better terms ?
Hard to say.

And of course the caveot,
The parties have agreed for a period of 90 days (the "Interim Period") to negotiate in good faith definitive agreements (the "Definitive Agreements") in connection with the Proposed Transaction.

BSK knows their resources and lands best.
If they feel there's good odds to grow the deposit all the more then, 
70/30 or 65/35  would sound more reasonable.
90 day mull over was smart.


Airport Company = Uranium ?
As mentioned before... there's more $$$$ if junior secured a 5% on electrical rates.

I agree with your points... certainly juniors are in a weak negotiating position these days.  We are in a UUU bull market and don't move up... so rather than constantly diluting this is a great way to go.  YOu end up with 20% fully carried... pretty good for a tiny junior.   It also shows that this is not just another junior promoting a hole in the ground, a large company ...more
