Hello shareholders!

It has been an incredible start to the year, and no, not just because the price of bitcoin is going up. Frankly, I kind of like when the price of bitcoin is low so I can buy more... but it had to go up eventually ‍

The reason I am reaching out to you is because I want to share some recent immaterial developments and portray the vision for our company. As I have been reflecting about our mission to enable independence it really dawned on me how important Bitcoin (big B, the protocol), and access to bitcoin (small b, the commodity) is. And to be honest, I am more excited about our products and collection of business units than I have ever been. 

Bitcoin ATMs - the ability to buy bitcoin privately, without permission. Private independence. 
Bitcoin ATM Software  (ghostATM)- the ability to employ an ecosystem, and eventually a full suite of financial digital services to any kiosk in the world. Borderless independence. 
Bitcoin Portal - the ability to buy, sell and use bitcoin with the convenience of modern bank. Independence with convenience. 
 

As we continue to build out these products and services we are truly becoming the safest and most convenience ecosystem of bitcoin products the world has ever seen; at a time when the importance of bitcoin ownership is at an all time high. 

On the product side of things, our focus has been on the Bitcoin Portal. Last year I outlined our plan to create the fastest and safest bitcoin platform in the country. We did. I outlined that we were going to gain market share in Canada with low fees and by developing a community. We did that too. Then I explained how we were going to monetize that community by incentivizing them with rewards. We're finally ready to do that. 

In the coming weeks we are going to be launching a Bitcoin Points system unlike anything you have ever seen. The points (earned for interacting with the platform like referring friends and making purchases) will be redeemable for bitcoin (of course) but also for high quality bitcoin products (some exclusive Bitcoin Well) from some of the best bitcoin merchants in the world. The first redemption available on our points system will be a community driven contest - more details to come (stay tuned). 

The company feels electric right now. We are innovating at a level I haven't experienced before. We are pushing ourselves to raise the bar, not in comparison of our competition, but in comparison to our mission to enable independence, all while onboarding thousands of new customers each and every quarter! 

This is going to be the year that many people in the world buy their first bitcoin. It will be a year filled with excitement and market craze. And it will be the year that you and I can look back on as when Bitcoin Well started it's transition into the Bitcoin super company.
