If big news is indeed coming, wouldn't we want the warrants to expire worthless in order to avoid dilution? Does a possibliity not exist for meeting our funding requirements through large deals? Wishing & hoping out loud.

Issuing a financing is an event that is taken badly by the market. Usually, you have to offer warrants on top too. By getting the 1$ warrants exercised, you skip these two things, you dont send any bad information to the market and you dont have to issue warrants on top of the shares you just issued. Geeting 5 millions plus from these warrants would be the greatest corporate achivement from BTI

i agree Georgeparros, 100%..  getting that 5.3 million dollars from those exrcised warrants is the same thing as signing a deal with another chiesi group as far as upfront value goes...and whats more is that they allready issued the warrents , so it makes zero sense to let them expire when it would increase the companys cash position by over 120%
