JD No No

JD

This is not the information anybody should post publicly. It seems quite simple-whatever few thousand dollars you were getting paid-if you don't get paid don't do the work. And a totally separate topic selling your shares is unrelated /has no impact and based on everything you know would be really really dumb especially after all these years. Or buy more shares to make up for the lost pocket change. Kayak is right-your blackmail like post is wrong and immature. So stop.

Since August of 2014 about 90% of my invoices have not been paid on time, for 31 months my pay was cut in half and never restored and the company is currently almost 19 months behind. There was a long period when the monthly pay to Catherine London and Stern was over 10 times what I was being paid. I was and remain far more visible and effective than they ever were. I resolved long ago to never ...more

JD , Small Claims Court has civil jurisdiction over monitory claims up to $35K. That may be the best way to recover what is owed to you and you can represent yourself in the process.  jmo G2945V

Thanks for the suggestion, G1945V, but I have already checked out my options.

I don't know what to say.  If true, this is a real plot twist.  I'm popping the popcorn to watch this sh!tsh0w play out. Should be great to watch Davenport twist and turn to somehow think he is not bashing the company/management/his investment/our investment that he has railed on others for doing for years. Great to see Rathjen not pay "Invoice for Regular Shilling".& ...more

Aarcor, I completely support the work that DrDR and Bioasis are doing. It's likely going to result in a big win. That's why I revealed the proposed coup being discussed by a certain group. I will fight against that, at least until the next AGM. If nothing has happened by then, then changes ought to be considered, but choosing May or June as a performance deadline seems a little arbitrary ...more

So again a little confusing but not really..BTIs biggest supporter and "researcher" or whatever his title..is "self-proclaimed" poor living pay cheque to pay cheque waiting for remuneration from a company im not sure even knows he works for them as they are all part time...You'd think a guy that talks that confident with that much sass would be living large as he's been ...more

About anybody's financial situation, MBT123, I would pose the question, how many readers here are able to go unpaid for over 18 months out of the last 33 months and not feel some financial stress because of it? There are physicians here, dentists, and other professionals earning pretty good incomes. What might they experience if they worked for a year and a half with no pay?  You ...more

Hummmmm,,,,,,,I really am shocked that the board would stone perhaps the only poster who has contunued to analyze and assess many of the important aspects and points around this science and those entities which might have interest. Rightly or wrongly,,one has to be in denial that a supporter of ones investment deserves such impudent consideration by any reader.  We are all in this together,, ...more

no kidding, jd sure gets a tough time on these boards. He's about the only person I've seen post useful info about the company and just gets lambasted for it. Biotech stocks especially small caps are highly risky and more likely to not pan out. So either shut up and sell or shut up and wait

"So either shut up and sell or shut up and wait" There should be no issue posting frustrations,,,,,I am sure our management team are as much frustrated with the slowness of pharma to move on their tech. So who isnt frustrated??,,,,I dont mind reading complaints,,,,,I do mind reading unfair perspectives against any shareholder who is part of this investment.  I see over on agora a ...more

JD gets a ton of support on this board. like most if not all board there will be detractors. His support far outweighs those who do not support him or attack him. However those who attack him are far more active. Unfortunately last week JD crossed a line for this board that is highly inappropriate. I am a supporter but in his own words he must now go away because he has done a lot of damage to his ...more

OB, at the request of someone, my "It's over" SH posts have been deleted, as expected. You have been delivered from their offensiveness. I am no longer associated in any way with Bioasis except as a shareholder who has knowledge and opinions, and has the capabilities to express them wherever he chooses. I am also a very reluctant creditor who pretty much understands his options.  ...more

,,,JD ,,I have been in a similar situation in 2014 under contract with a large firm which decided to change their position on a clause in the contract which I had discussed at length in emails and via phone prior to signing. They refused to pay until I adjusted my invoicing which was in violation of our contract in my opinion,,,,So I went from Aug/2014 to March/2015 when by that time the CEO had ...more

I hear you, narmac. The freedom we have as independent contractors can too often mean that we have little more than the freedom to starve to death. But you know, in my situation it's comforting that the media are almost completely controlled by writers...  Thanks for your understanding and support, narmac, and all of you who have reached out. I've had three shareholders, completely ...more
