I was informed yesterday by a couple of shareholders that the Bioasis website home page wasn't working properly. Display material for the page was missing, giving a "404" error. 

When I checked it a moment ago, it seemed to be ok. I also checked the corporate presentation (CP). The CP hasn't changed since September 21, 2021. 

In the past, when there has been no change to a CP for a long period of time, it has turned out that there have been changes at Bioasis that have gone unrevealed. Often, shareholders never knew what those changes were until financial reports were released or some other event took place that revealed the news.

The changes, though they never were considered material, were nevertheless of interest to shareholders and other investors. I have a list of these non-revelations.

In the next 10 days or so we will see the quarterly financials released. What new revelations might there be that we thought about in one way only to learn that we wouldn't think that way with more timely disclosures?

JD: Still very diisappointed...especially Bioasis being at two major conferences...(one virtual) and not sharing anything...this little routine comment that "we are in continual discussions with potential licensing agreements" etc...has gone on now for many years...I wish the shareholders (that are left) would politely request to the CEO, that we get some kind of public information that

Did you try https://www.bioasis.us/, Finallytherock? If you have an old bookmark that uses "www.bioasis.ca" then you will get a website parking page offering "bioasis.ca" for sale. If you check godaddy.ca (yes, godaddy.ca") you'll see that Bioasis either gave up the domain name or lost it through nonpayment and that it's now being offered for sale by its
