$200k non-brokered raise

is almost identical to the news about 1 year ago on Jan 29/2021 https://www.bioasis.us/bioasis-announces-200000-non-brokered-private-placement/
announcing the same $ amount PP.
Connect the dots. Perhaps an annual renewal of "something" (a service contract?) whereby the entity wanted shares in the company instead of payment? That would be logical especially since there are no warrants involved. Buying that # of shares (200k) would certainly move the price so doing this as a PP gives them pricing at the market (last year's was done at the market also) with no discount.

Good move Deborah and BOD as this is very encouraging that a supplier believes enough in the company that they will take shares and share in the riches of the company going forward!
