I have written a lot over the years about the consequences of a lack of in-house preclinical and clinical programs at Bioasis. One of the consequences is that the timing of almost everything Bioasis does in the future is dependent on the timing of partners. That's why I have stated that Bioasis is not in control of its own story.

However, Bioasis may have included in its agreements with collaborators and licensees that they must complete certain work by certain dates or there could be penalties or cancellations with respect to those agreements. Such terms may allow Bioasis to orchestrate a window during which some preclinical and other results and deals could be expected. That window may be weeks or months long, with the timing of the Nasdaq listing being somewhere in the thick of the news.

It seems to me that Nasdaq listing plans may consist of many moving parts preventing Bioasis from making and releasing detailed plans with not only timing of a listing, but also what shape the listing will take. In a perfect world the listing may occur because Bioasis completely satisfies the more robust Nasdaq requirements including revenue, cash on hand and share price.

Bioasis has many balls in the air. The goal would likely be to catch as many of them as possible to make the listing as good as possible.

I hope that some significant things happen before the information circular for the AGM comes out so that shareholders can have a say in how things proceed and that the management and BoD do not get a green light to do everything they deem fit to do, without concern for shareholder opinion, let alone specific approval.

G1945V, I'll leave it to others to look up the rules but the AGM can take place months sooner than 6 months. I think it ought to be considered that the decision to move to Nasdaq cannot be taken in isolation. The conditions set by Nasdaq are very broad but the company nevertheless has to meet one of those sets of conditions. The conditions exist to prevent listings unless they are deserved
