Deal is only option....we won't like the alternative..

Pass this deal or else it would seem. Facing Chapter 11...Nobody likes this deal. But new leadership /new lease on life. Gotta move on let the new team pursude the deals. Time to move on..

Yes, OB, the deal is done. Can't back out. But that's been stated here a number of times. Only the exchanges and securities regulators could step in now. So, later, after the deal is done, and if xB3 is sold off for six Happy Meals and a burrito, then disappears for a year or two, and the new owners suddenly claim that they have "fixed" xB3 and it's now worth a ...more
