What BTI Shares Are Worth Today

Am I correct with this?

What Bioasis shareholders would be receiving today for each BTI share. (After the MTP glioblastoma news.)

( MTPsp  x exchange rate x conversion) / 25

($0.7875 x 1.3421 x 0.9556) / 25 =  $0.0404 CDN

Today, Bioasis shareholders would get just over 4¢ CDN per share.

Yesterday BTI shareholders would have received CDN $0.0398 per share, just under 4¢.

In most acquisitions there is a premium paid for each share. Before the deal announcement Bioasis was trading at around 16¢. A premium of 25% (4¢) would have brought the price up to 20¢.

That is five times as much as what a shareholder would get today per share.

Midatech is struggling to stay above 70¢ today, despite the glioblastoma news. (Last rade was at 68¢) At 70¢, Bioasis shareholders would be getting about 3.6¢ CDN per share. JD

Midatech is $.6732 now.  The question is why is it acting like that? Midatech on the London Exchange has not performed as poorly in the last week. The original pricing of the financing didn't appear to anticipate such a reaction on NASDAQ and then it was modified: "If the 20-day VWAP prior to Closing is less than $0.90, the Company may terminate the Private Placement without ...more

poof asks why the Midatech stock is trading so low. Midatech is essentially being bought out by LT and The Placee who will own over 75% of the company. Why would Midatech investors feel any different about that than Bioasis shareholders feel? Midatech had Q-Sphera and their other assets before this deal. Those assets can't fix a problem for MTP shareholders that has been made worse by LT ...more

Nope!  Only YOU can "read between the lines" hey JBroke? LMFAO
Comment by Boomskid on Jan 12, 2023 11:29am
At 3.6¢ per share, Craig, I would think the entire market is reading between the lines. Go ahead. Make my case. Argue against the market. lmfao jd

I dont need to make my case quack. We all know only YOU are able to "read between the lines"!  You always mouth off on here how you document everything.  Did you happen to document the text I showed you where I showed you I took my trading account from 85k to over 725k? Still have it? Hmmmmm.  Imagine that hey JBroke.  A buffoon like me that is NOT able to " ...more

You keep quacking, Craig. What? You a duck? jd
Comment by craighenry on Jan 12, 2023 11:48am
Yup.  A duck that is not able to "read between the lines"!!! And a duck that wont be investigated for leaking material information when under a NDA!
Comment by Boomskid on Jan 12, 2023 12:15pm
Craig, my son, my son, an NDA is a civil matter, not regulatory, unless selective disclosure is involved. Then all hell breaks loose. Remember, Bioasis has never cancelled my contract. If they had a problem, they could have done that. Instead, I cancelled it. I love Bioasis leaks. There were many but there really was never anything worth leaking. The stock has been dropping from a high of $2.17 ...more

I think you shohld do it!! That strengthens everyones case you told to not sell BTI that big things were coming.  Or not to sell because this next NR was going to be a "big deal"  Or even better " Dont sell BTI  at these levels, with the NR coming out in X number of days, you will make a lot money". Or even better " be at peace..... big things are ...more

Bring 'em on, Craig. Otherwise it's just blah blah blah. Oh, and get a copy of my disclaimers, published on here and on my website at the time. Try to work around your slight handicap that I have had no contact from Bioasis since September 2020.  But otherwise you're all set up. My very public criticisms of the company will play a part, as well. But you know all about those ...more

Nope.  Dont need to sue you. Others might want to though, and potentiallyare gearing up to do so. Geeeze for someone who "files everything" you should have that text from me where I clearly stated that "I wrote BTI off as a loss yrs ago and could careless where it goes.  It is at the bottom of my account, and I dont even see it" The main point of this is letting DR ...more

Lol, listen, Craig, wannabe lawyer. Bioasis has a copy of my agreement with them. Whatever case they want to make, or think they have against me, must be handled by the terms of the contract, including immediate cancellation of the contract for cause, if they think necessary, and in writing to me. Whatever Bioasis and DrDR thought, they didn't cancel my contract, either verbally or by the ...more

That's just WRONG, man! Bioasis MUST pay you, per the terms of your contract. Bioasis needs to list what they owe you as part of their debts in their quarterly & annual reporting. If not included, their reporting isn't accurate and must be reporterd. Had no idea Bioasis/DR did that and, as a SH, I find it appalling.

"poof asks why the Midatech stock is trading so low. Midatech is essentially being bought out by LT and The Placee who will own over 75% of the company." Midatech put in a walk-away provision and can walk from the financing if Midatech is below $.90. I believe Midatech's CEO said he could have put together a syndicate as an option to the financing with Armistice. "If the 20 ...more

So, poof, now you're going to argue against the deal. Well, I guess you're buying cheap MTP stock today and a new opinion suits your new trade. Go ahead. Make my case. Argue against the market. jd

MTP down to USD $0.6732, making BTI worth CDN 3.45¢ That's between the lines of little and nothing. jd
