he tried relentlessly to sell this mtp deal to the 1 or 2 shareholders still on this board and now that the deal has been cancelled, he disappears. i always said he had no credibility so i thank him for proving me right

Agree 100% about POF-but... i know of at least 15 current BTI SHs who watch this board - 4-5 are actively posting/commenting & rest of 'em lurking & liking or just reading the posts. Pretty confident there are other SHs who do as well.

so then what does MTP shareholders rejecting the deal tell you? to me, it says they do not find any value in bti's platform since they were buying it for essentially nothing. there's been a reason why this company is unable to land any real deal for their platform and this is just another example of how little value there is with this company

Midatech was only to receive 10% of Biodexa. That's 90% dilution unless you see value in the rest of the deal. Midatech's management was willing to pay a huge price for this deal

and so where does bti go from here. no money, debt owed, no interest by anyone else to take their platform forward. i guess it's on to bankruptcy
