It should be noted that the Midatech deal remains on the AGM agenda. Voting it up or down can still take place, even though the vote will not directly change things.
If the deal is not specifically voted down, DrDR may try to make the case that because the Bioasis shareholders approved it and if the Midatech shareholders had not voted it down then the deal would have gone through.
So, unless the Midatech is specifically voted down, DrDR may make the case that the door remains open for such a deal, that it could because the shareholders approved the old deal.
I think shareholders ought to vote on this even though it cannot mean that the old deal can go through. DrDR has a practice of squeezing all meaning she can from some things, and yet avoiding the meaning of other things, whichever suits her own judgement or agenda.
Has the Bioasis/Midatech-corporate presentation been left on the Bioasis website on purpose?
